With the requirement for more fuel efficient and quiet vehicles, the underbody cover segments are fast growing.  The growth has resulted in the need for light, more rigid, and better acoustical performing shielding.  We strive to mold a rigid component to reduce the number of attachment points, withstand the rigors of high speeds at higher than normal temperatures, and at a low cost.

SA Automotive with larger presses can provide full body shields.  Our molding process can mold in living hinges/access doors for service requirements if needed.
